Upload images and video requirements
Below are examples of the images we need you to provide during the Auto-Record process. These images can be taken directly from
your mobile device or saved onto a drive or pc and uploaded to the app when convenient.

Please make sure you are in a safe position to take the images/
video and ensure there is adequate light for the images to be clear.
Left hand rear image
This image should show all of the
left hand side and rear of the
vehicle with the complete vehicle
in view.
Right hand front image
This image should show all of the
right hand side and front of the
vehicle with the complete vehicle
in view.
Fuel Level
This image will need to be
taken with the ignition on,
showing the level of fuel at the
time the readings were taken.
Odometer
This image should show the
speedometer reading (not the trip
miles) at time of recording.
If possible, you should have the engine running so any lights that appear on the dashboard are visible and can be recorded.
Video capture
Allow Auto-Record access to your camera then use the app to record a short video of the overall condition
of the vehicle.
Walk around the vehicle recording from top to bottom making sure any pre-existing damage or marks are captured clearly within the clip.
This video must not be more than 15 seconds in length but don’t worry, if you need more time, you can add any additional images and comments in the “Noted Damage” section at the bottom of the form.
